Anti-metal RFID Label Flexible Thin - UHF / HF On-metal

Overview

Where the rigid anti-metal tag is too bulky, the HX-TAG-METAL-02 offers the same on-metal capability in a 1 mm label. A thin foam absorber layer sits between the antenna and the adhesive, keeping the inlay isolated from the metal surface while allowing the label to bend around cylindrical and curved parts.

With a minimum bending radius of 25 mm, it conforms to gas cylinders, pipes, metal tool bodies and curved housings. The printable PET face accepts barcode, serial number or logo printing on top of the RFID function.

Compliance Note

Thin flexible on-metal labels trade some read range for their low profile — typically 40-50% of an equivalent rigid tag. If your application needs maximum distance, use the HX-TAG-METAL-01 hard shell version. UHF frequency band must be specified for your region before production.
